The 2011 MBA is now in effect. The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) may be downloaded below, along with the 2008 MBA which the MOA amends. The full text of the 2011 MBA will be published and posted in the near future.
The MBA is the collective bargaining agreement that covers most of the work done by WGA writers. If you have questions regarding the application or interpretation of its provisions, please contact the Guild’s Contracts Department at (323) 782-4501.
